If you are looking for a perfect gift for a loved one or your significant other, look no further. Höglund Art Glass is your leading provider of handcrafted fused glass jewellery in New Zealand and Australia.

Browse through our wide selection of beautifully crafted, hand-blown glass jewellery in NZ. We have choices available for men and women. Our catalogue of fused glass jewellery includes: cufflinks, pendants and rings.

Pendants add glamour to gowns and dresses during special events. Pendants from Höglund Art Glass are individually made by hand. Several pieces of glass are stacked together and placed inside a kiln. These are fused together by high temperatures, reaching 815 º C (1500º F). Once the heating process is done, the pendant cools over a period of time. Pendants are soaked at various temperature ranges and usually take 10-12 hours in 3 stages. Each pendant is unique.

Apart from pendants, your significant other may also enjoy our handcrafted glass rings. Each ring is made with fused glass and sterling silver. These are available in five sizes and come in a wide range of colours such as white, mint green, lavender, black, lilac, peach ad aqua.

Spruce up your tuxedo or suit with our range of cufflinks. Similar to our pendants and rings, our cufflinks are handcrafted to perfection. Each cufflink is individually made by hand. Pieces of glass are stacked together and heated inside a kiln for fusion. Our cufflinks are available in different colours. We present our products in gift boxes, complete with information cards.

Product Description

This pair of earrings have been individually made by hand. Several pieces of handmade glass are stacked and placed into a kiln and fused together at high temperatures as high as 815º C (1500º F). It is then allowed to cool slowly over a specified time, soaking at specified temperature ranges which are essential to the annealing process. This takes place normally for a period of 10-12 hours in 3 stages. The exact combinations of glass, temperature and placement within the kiln create a different result each time.

Tiny air bubbles may be trapped – frozen forever in the glass. Each piece is unique in its final form and finish; therefore, no two pieces will ever be duplicated. This is what gives the glass jewellery its individual personality.
